Exteriors

It’s recommended to have a cleaning crew stop by to clean / mow lawn and clean any debris that includes pressure wash of driveways / roofs and blowing off leafs.

  • Clean sidewalks, driveway, patio, decks, and pool area.

  • Remove any toys or sports equipment from the lawn and driveway.

  • Remove all furniture & grill covers and hide utensils.

  • Remove pool fences, pool covers, nets & jacuzzi covers

  • Clean and arrange outside furniture, open patio table umbrella, tidy chairs, and plump cushions.

  • Remove all flags, hanging ornaments, and home security signs.

  • Make sure exterior lighting is working, this includes pool lights too.

  • All cars should be in the garage or down the street, not in driveway or in front of the home.

Interiors

General clean and declutter of every room in the home is required.

You may want to add some fresh flowers or even set the dining table (recommended)

  • Put away toys, remote controls, personal items, remove all clutter.

  • Open all blinds. make sure they all work.

  • Turn on all lights, make sure that all light bulbs are working. That includes lamps, ceiling fans, all lights.

  • All windows & mirrors should be clean and free of streaks or fingerprints.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop where appropriate, including dusting wooden floors.

  • Tidy couches, fluff pillows, remove clutter from tables/desks.

  • Dust off any screens.

Kitchen

General kitchen clean up is recommended, clean off and wipe down all countertops.

  • Remove all non essentials to maximize counter space. This includes soaps, paper towels, coffee makers, toasters. Anything that makes your counter space look small. One or two nice items is ok, depends on your kitchen size.

  • Remove pictures, magnets or anything from refrigerator door.

  • Put garbage cans away.

  • Straighten and tidy up all chairs.

  • Remove rugs, hanging towels, and paper towels.

  • Remove all dishes from the sink.

Bedrooms

Make all beds, you can use decorative pillows if available.

  • Remove clutter from end tables, dressers, and nightstands. This includes personal photos, drinking cups, alarm clocks, etc.).

  • Store away the phone, tablets, charging cords, books, tissues, and other items.

  • Address any clutter under the bed that may show in photos or video.

  • Organize walk-in closets

  • If possible, remove all personal photos.

Bathrooms

General clean up, counters, tubs, showers and glass windows.

  • Arrange hand and body towels to be nice and organized.

  • Hide trash cans, plungers, or toilet scrubbers.

  • Remove floor mats, rugs and toilet paper.

  • Remove all hygiene products from the counter, including bar soap, medications, and toothbrushes.

  • We do not touch any of it for sanitary reasons.

  • Remove all products, shampoos, razors, and loofahs from the shower; close the shower curtain or door.

  • Again we don’t touch any personal items.
